Joyce Balich is the Senior Administrative Manager for EdTech Leaders® Online. As part of her responsibilities, Joyce prepares contracts and invoices for participating organizations, coordinates and processes graduate credit requests from participants, processes permission requests, and provides literature and guidance as needed. Before joining EDC in 1999, Joyce worked as an attorney for 12 years, and has worked in the legal field for over 20 years. She holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School and an A.L.B. from Harvard University.
